Labrador wants to use more sand. Or so says an article from CBC News. Labrador already uses sand on most of its central roads, but one notorious road, the North West River Road, uses salt, making the road slippery.
According to the man interviewed, tow truck driver Blair Wagner, rust and salt-related problems were scarce in Labrador, and rusty vehicles would only be a problem. He also thinks that bad driving is part of the problem, and that is all very well possible.
